Salmatec MAXIMA 1000-300-2K – Unused Pelletizing Equipment with Geelen Coolers – Liquidation

DESCRIPTION

Industriel GO offers five sets of unused Salmatec pelletizing equipment with Geelen counterflow coolers and PCS dust collection systems as part of an equipment liquidation.

Stored equipment available for pelletizing or material recovery projects. Equipment configuration and feedstock suitability must be verified for the intended application.

SALMATEC PELLET MILLS

• Model MAXIMA 1000-300-2K.

• Two 250 HP main motors per press: 500 HP combined.

• Vertical ring-die configuration.

• Two pellet knives.

• Overload flap, magnets and shear-pin protection.

• Automatic greasing and temperature control.

• Inlet duct, die, lifting frame and structural base frame.

• WEG 250 HP VFD listed in the inventory; exact arrangement to be confirmed.

GEELEN COUNTERFLOW COOLERS

• Model VK24X24KL-P.

• Listed components include rotating distributor, bin walls, discharge mechanism, hydraulics, hopper and supports.

• Inventory year: 2025.

PCS DUST COLLECTION SYSTEMS

• Model PCS 52-35.

• Five systems listed in the inventory.

• Inventory year: 2025.

• Listed auxiliaries include CF52/35 cyclofilter, metering devices, GS350 fines valve and 12FREN450 blower. Quantities and allocation to be confirmed.
