BEIER QX-MC1000-00 High Speed Friction Washer (2022) — 55kW, 600V

BEIER high speed friction washer, model QX-MC1000-00, built November 2022. Designed for high-speed friction washing of plastic flakes (PET, HDPE, PP) in recycling lines — a fast-rotating shaft driven by a 55 kW motor scrubs flakes against each other to remove dirt, sand, adhesive residue and other contaminants, flushed out through a mesh screen and water jets. This is a mid-capacity model in the QX series, smaller than the QX-PETYX-5000 (110kW) unit already listed.
