Industrial washing tank designed for continuous cleaning and contaminant removal from post-consumer and post-industrial LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE plastic film. The system features seven independently driven paddle (thumb wheel) agitators powered by ABB variable-speed drives, ensuring intensive washing and efficient transport of material through the tank. Constructed with 304 stainless steel product-contact surfaces, the unit includes a bottom screw conveyor for heavy contaminant removal, automatic pneumatic sludge discharge, a 1200 mm Sweco-type vibratory screener, horizontal discharge screw conveyor, elevated maintenance platform with safety rails, and heavy-duty structural steel frame.
